107.03 GENERAL ELECTION LAWS.
   Except as otherwise provided in the Charter, adopted effective July 1, 1970, municipal elections shall be conducted and the results determined and certified in accordance with the provisions of general law governing the conduct of general elections so far as such law is applicable. If not inconsistent with the Charter provisions, the duties imposed by such general laws upon the county clerk and circuit clerks shall devolve upon the City Clerk; the duties imposed by such laws upon county courts shall devolve upon Council and the duties imposed by such laws upon the ballot commission shall devolve upon the Election Board.
