1114.02 PROHIBITION.

No person shall permanently dispose or attempt to permanently dispose hazardous waste, or shall establish or attempt to establish a temporary hazardous waste storage facility within the City. Provided however, that temporary storage of hazardous waste generated or used on premises by duly licensed and taxpaying enterprises shall not be prohibited.
