1113.06 DUTY OF HEALTH OFFICER TO ABATE NUISANCES.

It shall be the duty of the Health Officer and his assistants to ascertain and cause all nuisances declared to be such under the provisions of Sections 1113.04 and 1113.05 to be abated.
