1113.01 DEPOSITING OFFENSIVE SUBSTANCES IN WATER USED FOR DOMESTIC PURPOSES PROHIBITED.

No person shall knowingly and willfully throw, or cause to be thrown, any dead animal, carcass or part thereof, or any putrid, nauseous or offensive substances, hazardous to public health, into any well, cistern, spring, brook or branch of running water which is used for domestic purposes. (WVaC 16-9-2)
