1101.03 OBSTRUCTING HEALTH OFFICER IN PURSUANCE OF HIS DUTIES.

No person shall prevent or obstruct, or attempt to prevent or obstruct, the execution of any order of the Health Officer issued in pursuance of the authority granted to him by any provision of this Health Code or any ordinance of the City. (1947 Code §15.19)
