   959.02 FISHING.
   (a)   All fishing in City park ponds or lakes shall be Catch-and-Release only except for and during the annual spring Fishing Derby.
   (b)   Catch-and-Release shall mean that all fish caught in any City park pond or lake shall be returned to the water at once.
