955.07 COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER TO ASSIST IN ENFORCEMENT.

The County Health Officer shall be ex-officio Sanitation Inspector. It shall be his duty to advise and consult with the Director of the Department of Public Works or other duly authorized officer with respect to enforcing the provisions of this article.
