11-2-1: OUTLINE OF PROCEDURES:
The preparation, submittal, review and approval of all subdivision plats located inside the limits of the town shall proceed through the following stages:
   A.   Preapplication stage.
   B.   Preliminary plat stage.
   C.   Final plat stage. (1988 Code § 14-2-1)
