That certain document designated and marked as the 2006 international property maintenance code, and all appendices contained therein, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the town clerk of the town of Parker, and those portions of that certain document entitled the "Parker amendments to the 2006 international building code, the 2006 international residential code, the 2006 international existing building code, the 2006 international plumbing code, the 2006 international mechanical code, the 2006 international fuel gas code, the 2006 international fire code, and the 2006 international property maintenance code" applicable to the 2006 international property maintenance code, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the town clerk of the town of Parker, together are hereby adopted as the property maintenance code for the town of Parker by reference as if fully set forth herein for regulating and governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures; by providing the standards for supplied utilities and facilities and other physical things and conditions essential to ensure that structures are safe, sanitary and fit for occupation and use; and the condemnation of buildings and structures unfit for human occupancy and use, and the demolition of such existing structures as herein provided; and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor, and it is hereby declared to be unlawful to cause or permit the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of said property maintenance code as herewith adopted by the council of the town of Parker.
