6-7-2: PERIOD FOR HOLDING; NOTICE TO OWNER:
The town will hold such property, money or currency for a period of ninety (90) days from the date it was delivered to the police department and shall, if possible, notify the owner of the deadline for making his claim. (1988 Code § 3-5-1)
