(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalties as provided in § 70.99 of this code.
(B) Any violation of the provisions of § 71.01 shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500, and each day the violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
