§ 51.30 UNLAWFUL CONNECTIONS AND USE.
   (A)   No part of the water system may be directly or indirectly connected, either in a temporary or permanent manner, to a private water source, well, storage tank, or other non-approved water source.
   (B)   No fraudulent device or arrangement for the purpose of providing water for individuals or others from private connections will be permitted.
   (C)   No connections to the city water system may be made without the approval of the city.
   (D)   No water of the system may be turned on, off, or used without the approval of the city.
   (E)   No utility bypass or connection between meters and the main source of water will be permitted.
