§ 50.06 EXTENSIONS TO INDIVIDUAL LOTS.
   For paramount purpose of health and safety, the city may extend a water or wastewater main to individual residential lots. In these cases, each individual lot owner shall be responsible for a pro rata share of the cost of the main abutting the lot, as determined by the City Council.
