The following prima facie maximum speed limits hereafter indicated for motor vehicles are hereby determined and declared to be reasonable and safe, and such maximum speed limits are hereby fixed at the rate of speed indicated for motor vehicles traveling upon the named streets and highways, or parts thereof. No motor vehicle shall be operated along or upon said portions of said named streets or highways within the corporate limits of the city, in excess of the speeds now set forth in the following limits:
(A) Twenty-five miles per hour along and upon the following streets:

(1) Betsy Lane (also known as County Road 240, also known as CR-240);
(2) Chaparral Drive; and
(3) McCreary Road (also known as County Road 245, also known as CR-245).
(D) Fifty miles per hour along and upon the following streets:
West Lucas Road (East), 5800 block to 6700 block.
(E) Parker Road East (FM 2514):
(1) From the 3900 block (Sycamore Lane) to 6300 block (Hogge Road), a maximum speed of 45 miles per hour; and
(2) From the 6300 block (Hogge Road) to 7600 block (Bois-D-Arc Lane), a maximum speed of 55 miles per hour.
(F) FM 2551 (also known as Dillehay Drive and Hogge Drive):
(1) Parker Village Drive south to E. Parker Road, a maximum speed of 45 miles per hour; and
(2) From 4100 block (Parker Road) to 3200 block (McWhirter Road), a maximum speed of 45 miles per hour.
(G) No motor vehicle shall be operated along and upon Farm-to-Market (FM) Highway No. 2514 within the corporate limits of the city in excess of speeds now set forth in Exhibit “A” attached to Ord. 809, passed 1-11-2022.
