(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any individual, association, or corporation violating any portion or provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction therefor, shall be punished by the assessment of a fine not exceeding $500; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
