(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any person, firm, corporation, or political subdivision who violates any of the ordinance adopted in § 154.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction in the Municipal Court, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $2,000 for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense, and that violation is hereby declared to be a common nuisance which may be abated by the city in any manner authorized by law, including injunction and an action for damages.
