§ 153.02 APPLICATION JURISDICTION.
   The sign regulations are effective in the city, and are extended to and enforceable in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city, pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code, Chapter 216. All sign regulations limited or defined by zoning district (such as “residential”) shall also apply in the ETJ.
