(A) The Dallas Morning News, Dallas, Texas, is designated as the official newspaper for the city.
(B) The Mayor is authorized to execute a contract with The Dallas Morning News establishing the applicable rates for publication of city notices.
(C) Until September 30, 2025, and thereafter until changed by resolution of City Council, the city shall continue to publish in The Dallas Morning News each ordinance, notice or other matter required to be published by law.
