(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation (collectively referred to as “person”) violating any of the provisions of §§ 94.01 et seq. shall be subject to the penalty as provided herein, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $2,000 for each offense; and each and every day the violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
