§ 21.501   DUTIES
   This position shall be assigned the general duties and responsibilities of providing assistance to all office personnel including carrying out projects and work overflow; assisting in administering the purchasing program in compliance with policy and applicable laws; serving as a backup for absences and in times of heavy work load in other departments as needed. These duties and responsibilities shall be more fully described in a written job description to be created by the City Manager and as may be subsequently amended under the discretion of the City Manager.
