§ 33.492 UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE TO STORM SEWERS OR NATURAL OUTLETS
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit, or permit to be deposited in any unsanitary manner on public or private property within the city, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city, or into any sewer which connects to the storm sewer of the city, any objectionable wastewater or industrial wastes.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to discharge to any natural outlet within the city or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city, any wastewater or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with subsequent provisions of this article. No provision of this article shall be construed to relieve the owner of a discharge to any natural outlet of the responsibility for complying with the applicable state and federal regulations governing such discharge.
