(A) The applicant may elect to do work by private contract, as long as plan conditions are complied with, and provisions are made to pay all costs, including the city’s legal, engineering, and inspection costs.
(B) The applicant may petition the city to furnish a contract for the proposed project, with sufficient bond to cover the cost of the entire project, until construction is complete.
(C) Applications for projects which will serve several owners may petition the city to ensure the project is completed and the total cost assessed to the properties equitably.
(D) The city reserves the right to participate in any projects beneficial to current city planning strategy and will participate in project cost, where applicable.
