§ 75.004 PRELIMINARY SEEDBED PREPARATION
   (A)   Preliminary seedbed preparation is required to allow for optimum establishment and development of seed. Preparation should include placement of topsoil, disking, plowing, or harrowing in order to aerate and provide seed-soil contact to minimize loss of seed.
   (B)   The following rates are minimum requirements to establish a good cover. Other seeding mixtures and more extensive planting information is available for the county conservation district.
