(A) Filling, plugging, clogging, or in any way interfering with the natural drainage capabilities of a crevice, sinkhole, ditch, or known surface or subterranean water channel or man-made storm drainage systems is prohibited.
(B) The introduction of any foreign matter, whether liquid or solid, other than normal surface or storm water, into any natural drainage crevice, sinkhole, ditch, or known surface or subterranean water channel or man-made storm drainage system is prohibited.
