§ 74.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION
   The Legislature of the Commonwealth of Kentucky has in KRS Chapter 100 delegated to local government units the authority to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of its citizenry. Therefore, the City Commission hereby adopts the following floodplain management chapter.
