The State Plumbing Code, promulgated by the State Department of Housing, Buildings, and Construction, copies of which are made a part of the public records of the city and are filed in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, are hereby adopted by reference and shall control the erection, construction, or repair of all buildings in the city.
