(A) A schedule of fees to be charged and paid for the inspections and the issuing of the certificate of approval provided for in § 70.105 shall, at all times, be on file for public inspection in the city hall.
(B) The schedule may not be changed without the approval of the Board of Commissioners expressed in a formal resolution adopted at a regular or special meeting.
