(A) All applications for inspections must be made on application blanks furnished by the electrical inspector and inspection fees must accompany the application.
(B) Inspection shall be scheduled for rough as well as finish work. The rough inspection shall be divided into as many inspections as may become necessary to cover all roughing in.
(C) Special attention is called to the fact that work concealed in any manner which will not permit full inspection will not be accepted. For each re-inspection made necessary because of faulty construction, unfinished work, or unapproved materials, a minimum charge of ten dollars ($10.00) will be made.
