§ 70.005 CONSTRUCTION; AUTHORIZED SIGNS REQUIRED
   Prior to the commencement of any construction upon any property within the corporate limits of the city, and after the building permit has been issued, the builder shall procure a sign from the city stating that such construction is authorized by the city.
