§ 70.003 PERMITS; FEES
   (A)   Building inspection fees shall be charged by the city and paid by any person securing a building permit or certificate of occupancy measured by the reasonably estimated cost of the construction or repair or reconstruction covered by such permit with seventy-five percent (75%) of building permit fees to be paid to the Building Inspector. Each re-inspection will cost the developer forty dollars ($40.00), all of which will be paid to the Building Inspector.
   (B)   The fees for permits and inspections shall be as follows:
