§ 70.002 DESIGNATED ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
   The City Engineer/Building Inspector shall be designated as the local enforcement agent for the Kentucky Building Code. All inspections shall be performed by persons certified by the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings, and Construction.
