§ 63.999 PENALTY

Any person who violates the provisions of § 63.007 shall upon conviction be guilty of a violation and shall be subject for each offense to a fine of not more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00). Each day of any violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
