§ 62.101 APPLICATION
   Applications for licenses shall be submitted to the City Clerk’s Department for review by the ABC Administrator, in writing, signed by the applicant, if an individual, or by a duly authorized agent thereof if a club, corporation, limited liability company, or other corporate entity verified by oath or affidavit, and shall contain the following statements and information. The ABC Administrator will maintain and update an application with all information required for proper administration and enforcement in accordance with Kentucky law and administrative regulation.
