§ 55.002 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED
   (A)   It is prohibited for any person to sell, give away, possess or consume an alcoholic beverage, as defined in KRS 241.010, within any city park facility.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to the penalties as set forth in § 10.999 of the City of Paris Code of Ordinances and to ejection from the location.
