Violation of any provisions of §' 54.003 through 54.005 shall constitute a summary offense. The user will be invoiced by the Chief of Police, or his designee, and shall, within thirty (30) days, pay the fine as stated in this chapter. Failure to make required payment within the allotted time period will cause a complaint to be filed with the Bourbon County District Court. The fine and cost shall be paid to the District Court.
