§ 53.002 TITLE; ADMINISTRATION
   This chapter shall be administered pursuant to the provisions of KRS Chapter 235 by the Division of Water Patrol within the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources in the Tourism Cabinet except the Transportation Cabinet shall be responsible for administering the boat numbering, registration, and titling requirements.
