It shall be unlawful for any person in the city to willfully and unlawfully cut down, destroy, or injure, by topping or otherwise, any fruit or shade trees of another, or pull down or open any fence or gate, or break or cut any wire fence, or destroy or injure the vegetables, trees, or shrubbery of another.
