§ 41.500 SNOW; REMOVAL
   (A)   It shall be the duty of all occupants of lots in the city to remove the snow from the sidewalks within twenty-four (24) hours after the snow has fallen.
   (B)   In case of vacant or unoccupied lots, it shall be the duty of the owners of the lot or the persons in control thereof to remove the snow as provided in subsection (A).
