§ 40.800 DEFINITIONS
   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   (A)   "PERSON." Any natural person, partnership, corporation, joint venture, unincorporated association of natural persons, or any combination thereof.
   (B)   "SKATEBOARD." Any board or platform to which there is attached wheels for movement thereof by either gravity or the muscular power of someone standing upon the board or platform.
