§ 40.703 TOWING UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
   All vehicles found to be parked in violation of overtime parking regulations for a period of two (2) hours or more, or illegally parked at a fire plug or in a fire lane, or so as to block a sidewalk or driveway, or illegally parked in parking spaces for persons with disabilities, or otherwise parked in such manner as to constitute a fire or traffic hazard, shall be subject to tow-away to a public garage and the owner of any such vehicle shall be responsible for reasonable towing and storage charges in addition to any applicable fine, and shall pay the charges and fine before resuming possession of his vehicle.
