§ 40.701 EACH HOUR A SEPARATE OFFENSE
   For purposes of interpreting and enforcing the parking provisions, each hour during which a violation continues shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense subjecting the violator to separate and additional traffic violation tickets and separate and cumulative fines.
