§ 40.301 RULES
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle, or to permit a vehicle to remain parked, on Main Street extending from Tenth Street to Second Street, in a nonmetered regulated zone for a period longer than two (2) hours, unless otherwise clearly designated, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., except on Sundays and holidays. Holidays shall include those days designated by the Board of Commissioners. Shorter parking times may be given in the section designating the specific zones.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to erase, remove, or cause to be removed, time marks placed upon the vehicle by the meter attendant while the vehicle is parked.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in any nonmetered regulated zone for the purpose of selling the vehicle or vending from the vehicle, unless authorized by the Board of Commissioners.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle across the lines of a parking space. Vehicles shall park within the established parking space.
   (E)   The provisions of this section shall not relieve any persons from their duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions of this section and other city ordinances and state law, prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing, or parking of vehicles in specified places or at specified times.
