§ 40.300 DEFINITIONS

   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or clearly requires a different meaning.

   “NONMETERED REGULATED ZONE.” Any area designated by ordinance where a vehicle may be temporarily parked and allowed to remain for the period of time specified.

   “PARKING SPACE.” A space marked by white lines for automobiles to park adjacent to the curb within the nonmetered regulated zone.
