(A) Scope. The schedule in this section is available throughout the territory served by the system. This schedule applies to energy used and demand by both commercial and industrial computers, for total lighting and power service, if taken through a single meter or metering equipment.
(B) Character of service. The character of service shall be single or three-phase, sixty (60) cycle alternating current at any standard voltage available.
(C) Monthly energy rate. The monthly energy rate shall be:
(1) Beginning with all billings for October 1, 2024 and due on October 15, 2024 and continuing for all billings through June 30, 2025, the monthly energy rate shall be $.10318 per kWh for all energy consumed.
(2) Beginning with all billings after July 1, 2025 and continuing for all billings through June 30, 2026, the monthly energy rate shall be $.10628 per kWh for all energy consumed.
(3) Beginning with all billings after July 1, 2026 and continuing through all billings thereafter, the monthly energy rate shall be $.10947 per kWh for all energy consumed.
(D) Minimum bill.
(1) The minimum monthly bill shall be the monthly service charge, as defined in (E) below.
(2) The minimum charge shall be billed on a monthly basis, starting on the month in which the meter was installed or service was first taken under this schedule.
(E) Monthly service charge. For all customers in this CE1 classification that average less than 2,000 kWh per month energy usage, there shall be a $14.00 monthly service charge per meter. For all customers in this CE1 classification that average 2,000 or more kWh per month energy usage, there shall be a $39.00 monthly service charge per meter. The monthly service charges shall increase once annually for a period of three (3) years as defined in the below table.
