§ 33.701 SCHEDULE OF RATES
   The following schedule of rates, rental, and service charges, and fees are hereby adopted and shall apply for all billings after July 1, 2021, for the use and services of and sales by the city’s water system.
   (A)   Monthly rates. The following service charges and monthly consumption rates shown in Table 1, Table 2, Table 3, and Table 4 below shall apply to water supplied to the City's regular water customers and be paid by them:

   (B)   Private fire hydrants and sprinklers. The following monthly fire protection rates for private fire hydrants and sprinklers shall apply:

Sprinkler system, 6-inch connection         $ 33.56
Sprinkler system, 8-inch connection         $ 42.15

   (C)   Wholesale rates. Wholesale customers outside the city limits other than customers of bulk water purchased in tank truck lots shall pay at such rates, charges, and minimums as may be negotiated with the user and expressly approved by the Board of Commissioners.
   (D)   Municipal fire hydrants. Municipal fire hydrants operated as a part of the city’s water system within the city’s limits shall bear a charge of eleven dollars and ninety-five cents ($11.95) (effective January 1, 2013), per month, per hydrant. Those installed outside the city’s limits and paid for by the county shall bear a similar charge. Those installed outside the city limits for the benefit of a special area and paid for by the developer or such private organization or entity as who requested the installed, or his or its successor approved by the city shall bear a charge of sixteen dollars and seventy-five cents ($16.75) (effective January 1, 2013), per month, per hydrant.
