(A) For the purpose of establishing and maintaining uniform rules and regulations, and pursuant to the authority granted in KRS 83A.060(5), the City of Paris Public Water Supply and Use Code, copies of which are on file in the office of the City Engineer, City Hall, is hereby approved and adopted by reference as a code of the city, and such code is hereby made a part of the laws of the city to the same effect as though set forth fully herein.
(B) The administration and enforcement of the code shall be under the direction of the City Engineer.
