(A) A notice of violation shall be assessed to any user for each day that a report required by this chapter, a permit or order issued hereunder is late, beginning ten (10) days after the date the report is due. Reports that are more than thirty (30) days late will result in an administrative order to submit with a fine of no more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) per additional day.
(B) Actions taken by the Superintendent to collect late reporting penalties shall not limit the Superintendent’s authority to initiate other enforcement actions that may include penalties for late reporting violations.
