§ 30.010 IDENTITY THEFT PROTECTION PROGRAM
   The city hereby adopts, and the City Manager, on behalf of the city, be and is hereby directed to implement an Identity Theft Protection Program, incorporated by reference, to prevent identity theft at all city municipal utilities.
