§ 30.005 INTERRUPTION OF CITY WATER; PERMISSION REQUIRED
   It shall be unlawful for any person other than employees of the city to turn on or cut off the water supply of the waterworks to or from the premises of any water consumer in the city without first having obtained the consent of the City Engineer or his designee or of the owner of the premises or the water consumer to do so.
