§ 30.004 TREES, ETC.; NEAR POLES
   (A)   All persons owning real property within the city shall be required, at all times, to keep all trees, shrubs, and bushes located thereon trimmed so as to prevent the trees, shrubs, and bushes from coming in contact with, interfering with, obstructing, or damaging any electric light, telephone, or telegraph wire of any public or municipal utility in the city.
   (B)   If any person fails to keep all trees, shrubs, and bushes located upon his premises from coming in contact with, interfering with, obstructing, or damaging any electric light, telephone, or telegraph wire of any public or municipal utility in the city, then such public or municipal utility shall have the right and privilege to enter upon the premises for the purpose of trimming and removing the trees, shrubs, or bushes which are coming in contact with, interfering with, obstructing, or damaging the electric light, telephone, or telegraph wire.
